Who you are

To administrate information, data and reports for the food business to ensure information quality and compliance in food business solutions and to share best practice way of working.
To strengthen food business solutions competence and lead activities to address key gaps of food information and data quality

Key previous experiences and skills
• Relevant experience in retail, home furnishing, retail operations (this is an advantage, not a requirement)
• Good analytical skills with ability to interpret and administrate big sets of data
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
• Broad knowledge of business administration
• Computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to deliver within scope of tasks and perform with quality and speed
• Fluent in Korea and English verbally and written

• Responsible for information quality through the administration of business data in food business solutions
• Responsible for compliant and efficient ways of working in food business solutions
• Contribute insight and ideas to the market business plan as an integrated commercial partner
• Contribute to development as well as maintenance of food business solutions in order to ensure best practice way of working
• Coordination of product deviations from stores and other stakeholders and facilitate product damage and quality management
• Create, consolidate and deliver accurate and timely food reports
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and information sharing to, and between, the unit
• Act as a member of the food team and proactively contribute to food plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
