IKEA Exeter are looking to welcome Kitchen Production Operatives to join our close-knit, friendly team.

WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be 01 and 02 February 2025. Interviews will be held between 10 and 16 January.
• Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts during the week (up until 21:00pm in the evening at times), as well as 3 in 4 weekends is required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
We are looking for someone like you to help us deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food.
This is an extremely fast-paced working environment and requires you to multitask, producing and serving food with regular heavy lifting. Leading self, managing your own workload and working to a strict timeline.
If you have experience in food preparation or catering, we would love to hear from you!
For this role, you will be required to be 18 years old or over.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• You will be preparing and making meals using our ovens and kitchen equipment to offer a taste of Sweden to our customers and co-workers.
• The kitchen is a safety-first, fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail for all things safety as well as efficient multi-tasking to ensure IKEA remains a safe place for people to shop, work and have fun.
• Preparing for the next day's trade, as well as managing waste and working in a sustainable and cost-conscious way.
• Following a cleaning schedule and making sure the cleanliness of the kitchen is to a high standard.
