Who you are

Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

• Education in Fine arts/ Decorations and Interior Design/ Architecture.
• Experience of working with interior decorations and design, visual merchandising, technical and physical tools in a retail environment.
• Practical hands-on approach to work (power tools, climbing ladder, painting furniture, celling lightning etc.)
• Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using relevant software – Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp (not mandatory but nice to have)
• Creative thinking supported by commercial visual competence and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities and deadlines/work in a fast retail environment.
• Ability to generate and communicate new ideas and concepts.
• Advanced communication skills in English, writing and speaking.



You will:

• Plan, organize, implement (physically with tools) and daily maintain your assigned product area in the store with your Commercial partners (Sales/Food and Logistics);
• Provide commercial display solutions and commercial lighting for a single product or a combination of products to improve people’s life at home and shopping experience.
• Plan in details and implement commercial range presentation solutions according to the success criteria, that reflect a wide variety of styles and price levels that meet many individual tastes.
• Secure the use of the store layout to create a good product overview and strong visual impact that facilitates the buying process.
• Respect daily routines and responsibilities for store in shape as new, and work and communicate together with all departments, especially Sales and Logistics to act quickly, exploiting commercial opportunities and understand the impact of those actions.
• Secure high and excellence quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness in planning, and implementing all solutions according with IKEA concept.
