Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure billings are generated and distributed to tenants according to the scheduled date.
- Perform lease adjustments of billing for renewal and new leases.
- Monitors collection and aging closely, perform posting and allocation in accounting system accordingly.
- Verify utility usage and bill accordingly including ad-hoc billing.
- Liaise and attend tenants’ queries and sending reminders to tenants.
- Assist to prepare weekly and monthly closing reports.
- Assist in collating and coordinating documentations for legal actions against tenants.
Qualification
- Candidate must possesss : Diploma,Advance/Higher/Economics,Finance/Accountancy/Banking,Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 year experience in similar capacity.
