    Develop, improve and monitor the implementation of guidelines, processes and tools within real estate.
    Execute work to develop, review, update and maintain comprehensive group real estate manuals, collaborating with stakeholders to support implementation.
    Manage and oversee collaborating with stakeholders to align real estate plans with other functional goals and objectives.
    Seek guidance from relevant stakeholders to develop own goals and objectives that are in line with team goals and objectives.
