    What you bring to the role :
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results and managing paid media budgets.
    • Experience on the advertiser side or within an agency environment.
    • Strong skills in planning, executing, and measuring campaign performance.
    • Good knowledge of Paid Media and the media industry, and how to integrate Paid, Owned, and Earned media.
    • High interest in digital media and marketing technology, with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing digital landscape.
    • Ability to prioritize, manage campaigns, and follow up on KPIs and operational plans.
    • Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships.

    Your responsibilities

    You are responsible for executing an integrated media strategy across multiple channels to maximize marketing ROI. Also in charge of identifying target audiences and media solutions, as well as local content needs, to create effective and efficient country marketing plans
    You will:
    • Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output to deliver to the common objectives and goals
    • Be responsible for development and implementation of Integrated Media plan across paid, earned and owned media, on and offline, and providing sufficient content needs to local media agencies to ensure locally adapted marketing
    • Be responsible for budget management of your campaigns to maximize return on investment, and you ensure that the media agency conducts the right negotiations.
    • Support Marketing Performance Leader with Media Performance analysis, including media auditing, cost-efficiency analysis, monitoring and reporting on cost-benefit ratio
