    You have:
    • Several years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar People & Culture role.
    • Strong leadership coaching and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience driving change, transformation, and organizational development initiatives.
    • Solid understanding of talent management and employee lifecycle processes.
    The ability to influence, challenge, and support managers in equal measure.
    • Collaborative, proactive, and business-minded approach.
    • Passion for building an inclusive culture where people and business can thrive together.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Slovenian and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
    • University degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers in implementing business and people plans within the unit, ensuring the achievement of operational goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the consistent implementation of all people processes and thereby deliver an excellent employee experience.
    • Partner with line managers, to enable inclusive talent management and the continuous development of local leadership capabilities in support of achieving VCG objectives.
    • Work with business leaders in managing all people-related matters associated with transformation within the unit, while actively serving as an ambassador for standardization and change.
    • Act as a guardian of the IKEA culture and values within the unit, serving as the voice of employees and ensuring that IKEA is a caring employer and an excellent place to work, while delivering the best possible employee experience end-to-end (not limited solely to the People & Culture function experience).
    • Perform other duties required to support successful business operations that reasonably fall within the scope of the position or are related to the tasks performed by the employee, as well as other duties assigned by management.
