    JOB TYPE: 2- year project, Full-time
    BENEFITS ELIGIBLE: Yes
    Hybrid workplace: 3 days in the US Service Office or US unit and 2 days remote
    Salary Range: $107,082-$159,285 (Salary will be based off their tier/unit where the CW will report into)

    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Leads project, activity or work stream within larger project managed by Project Manager.
    • Plans and organizes assignment according to the IKEA decision model and applicable delivery methodology.
    • Applies relevant project management methods and tools to manage assignment within scope, time and cost
    frame.
    • Manages dependencies and interfaces within the assignment and project.
    • Identifies, mitigates and manages risks.
    • Drives change management for buy-in and integration of processes, deliverables, technologies and roles/responsibilities into existing teams and infrastructure.

    Leads project, activity or work stream within the larger project managed by Project Manager. Plans and
    organizes the assignment, management of dependencies, and development/execution of change control.
