    We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our dynamic data team.
    You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining solutions that empower our business with actionable insights.

    Your responsibilities

    Develop, test, and maintain Scalable Software Solutions .
    Manage and automate deployments using GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD pipelines.
    Apply and adhere to software engineering best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.Working knowledge of GCP services (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Storage, Firestore, GCS, IAM).
    Design and implement ETL/ELT processes on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, etc.).
    Design and Build APIs
    Optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency on GCP.
    Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all pipelines.
    Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes.
    Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production data pipelines.
    Document technical solutions and data flows.
    Prior experience or exposure to HRTech platforms is a plus.
    Preferred - UI skills is preferred to build reports like Looker or ReactJS
