    We see that you have a minimum of 8 years of experience within the IT/digital recruitment field with complexed technical roles and are used to working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders involved. Since sharing is caring, we would need you to know how to search, map and reach out on different platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Google etc., and know your way around the recruitment process for technical roles.

    You have the ability to coordinate and drive parallel processes and you are used to initiating projects and driving them forward, while not losing sight of the significance of the candidate's experience and quality. We also see an importance that you have the seniority to be a great partner and talent adviser in how we recruit at IKEA, both guiding and challenge if needed in the hiring decisions. If you have previous experience as an In-house recruiter it’s a plus.

    What you'll be doing day to day

    In your role as Recruiter for Group Digital, you are part of a fantastic team that supports our global digital organisation with their recruitment needs. You do this by creating a strong pipeline of diverse and talented candidates and fill end to end-job vacancies in our hub in Bangalore, India.
    You will be a daily partner and adviser to the hiring managers, coaching, challenging and supporting them to create a great candidate experience and sign off the best candidates in the world.
    With the cooperation of the extended team in People & culture Operations such as Mobility, People & Culture Admin, Compensation & Benefits, and Co-worker Relations, we secure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates as well as hiring managers from initiation of the recruitment until the new colleagues first day.

    The role is a permanent position based in our Banyanhult office in Bangalore, India. We have the flexibility to work both from home and our fantastic office, but since connecting with people to co-create and collaborate is important to us, we see that you have the possibility to commute minimum 2-3 days per week to our office Banyanhult.
