    • Experience in planning, driving output and measuring performance across online channels

    A day in your life with us

    To act as a strategic advisor to the E-Commerce Manager by leveraging insights from online sales and business performance to drive sustainable sales growth, profitability, and increased conversion. By understanding market demand and customer behavior, contribute to optimizing the online offer and improving performance. View online business through the eyes of the customer, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to create a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience.
    This role is part of the E-Commerce team and reports to the E-Commerce Integration Manager.

    About the assignment

    You will:
    • Analyze online sales performance and provide actionable insights to support the E-Commerce Manager in driving growth
    • Act as an active member of the E-commerce team and proactively contribute to E-commerce plan/output to deliver to the common objectives and goals
    • Perform online funnel analysis to understand customer behaviour throughout the purchasing journey and identify opportunities to improve the process
    • Accountable for sales, gross margin and forecasting across online channel together with E-commerce Manager
    • Responsible for measuring online sales performance to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year
    • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact - for example: Digital (IT), CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), RCMP (Remote Customer Meeting Point)
    • Establish and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to find pain points in the customer shopping experiences
    • Secure the effective implementation of tools, working methods and best practice to secure a strong retail foundation and raise the existing base
    • Identify proven solutions and ideas to make the operation quicker, leaner and simpler with the perspective of the customer in mind at all times
    • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
