    • You will work closely with your employees in the department, and together you will ensure that the department reaches its sales goals and effectively offers the best solutions to our customers.
    • You will be responsible for a department that has an annual turnover of double-digit million, and with this comes a lot of work maintaining IT systems in the form of forecasting, follow-up on sales goals and budgets.

    Your responsibilities

    • Optimizing sales by taking ownership of the assortment and actively promoting IKEA's business priorities and set volumes.
    • Acting quickly on business opportunities and feedback from customers, as well as actively monitoring the competition, tenders and performance analyses.
    • To know your range and present the breadth and depth of the IKEA range to satisfy and inspire visitors.
    • To ensure that the store is in excellent condition and constantly stocked, so that customers can make their own purchasing decisions.
    • To create an environment of trust, by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with your team and other colleagues, while providing inspiring and motivating instructions to employees, and fully engaging them in IKEA's goals.

    Our team within IKEA

    You will be the leader of a team of 12-14 employees of both full-time and part-time employees in a large warehouse. We work closely with other departments, and you will therefore gain experience in collaborating with many different people.
    We have a really good team, where we support each other and lift as a group. There is, therefore, room to be exactly who you are, and you have the opportunity to create a strong social network.

    In addition to working in your own team and with other functions, you will be an important part of the Sales management team, which consists of a team of 13-15 managers, where you will also play an active and contributing role.

    Further information

    • The position is 37+ hours per week on a salaried contract (individual), where additional and overtime work is included in the salary.
    • Working hours are between 8:00-20:30 Monday - Sunday. Weekend work every 2nd weekend.
    • You will be part of a shift with both manning and responsibility hours; in addition, you plan your own working hours according to the needs of the business.
    • Salary according to qualifications and within IKEA's salary policy.

    • We want you to join on 01.01.26 or by agreement.
