Who you are

• you are passionate about creating an IKEA fit for the future and energised by the capability and potential that GBO will offer in that respect,
• you have bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree (nice to have but not mandatory),
• you are also fluent in English,
• you have experience in leading different projects;
• you are very good working knowledge management capabilities, understanding of the importance and process of knowledge management,
• you are also a good team player who also know how to lead own projects and initiatives independently,
• you have strong influencing and communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation,
• increasing customer value, driving business growth and delivering high quality services energizes you,
• constantly being on the move and challenging status quo to continuously improve knowledge processes for organisation benefit is something important for you,
• you are also energized by solving problems and getting things done,
• you have good knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) process design and process improvement.

A day in your life with us

• take active part in POT project by being a service delivery model documentation creation discipline lead;
• support other POT project activities focused on implementing knowledge management approach for P&C services
• review of KM knowledge articles quality and usability according to the agreed SLAs and its continuous improvement,
• cooperation with Country P&C on setting up, reviewing, and updating knowledge articles at Now P&C service portal,
• support in identifying the best practices & knowledge that has been created,
• working in partnership with GBO P&C Service teams and POT team,
• leading continuous improvement initiatives around knowledge management area.

As GBO P&C Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of knowledge management approach for P&C Services at GBO function. You will be also a part of POT (people operations transformation) project and you will lead SDM documentation creation for GBO and different countries. Working with POT and being a discipline lead will bring a true passion for people and enjoy working in a vibrant and changing environment.
