This job is in the IKEA unit responsible for developing, delivering and managing the digital offering for IKEA retailers worldwide, Retail Operation Solution and Support (ROSS).
We are at the beginning of the incredible journey of replacing our current digital offering, by developing a new, global, and future-proof one. The new digital offering will be developed in partnership with the IKEA retailers and creating a unique customer experience by combining user-friendly tools, the latest technologies, and our deep IKEA business knowledge.

Being a digital Product manager in the ROSS team
As a digital Product manager in the ROSS Team, you will be part of a great team leading the transformation of the IKEA retail operation platform.
You will set and continuously refine a tangible and coherent product strategy and metrics for your portfolio of products as part of the overall ROSS transformation roadmap. You will ensure that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs, including overseeing and mitigating risks.
In your role you will always have the co-workers using your products top of mind, ensuring that the solutions support efficient and simple ways of working.
You will lead and develop the product team members reporting to you. Through inspiring, coaching and supporting the competence development, you will set the pre-requisites for the team to stay skilled, motivated, and empowered. You will also be responsible for recruitment, competence development, performance management, retention, and succession plan for the team members.
You will interact and collaborate within ROSS, and with stakeholders across IKEA and the different franchisees, to understand needs and synergies, secure buy-in and jointly create seamless experiences.

You are a solid and passionate leader, who adapts well in a multicultural environment, thrives in a transforming environment and is comfortable with leading changes.
It is important for you to lead, coach and develop the product team members reporting to you, no matter if it´s about the big picture or hands on support.
You have the ability to take a holistic, strategic approach, but also deep dive into details and do when needed.
You aim to create value with your team in an omnichannel environment and bring solid experience and knowledge from working with software development and are familiar with agile/ DevOps practices.
At least 5 years of experience in the product management field or similar roles focused on optimizing business value output.
At least 3 years of experience in a delivery organization with a scaled agile and/or DevOps setup in a product-oriented delivery as proven experience of developing & delivering successful digital products, strategies, and roadmaps.
You can build strong relations and trust with your peers and stakeholders and are comfortable with complex prioritization and situations where priorities need to be discussed and agreed upon with senior stakeholders as ability to leverage your resources in the best way to achieve a successful outcome.
You enjoy an agile and iterative, yet structured way of working achieving results together with a team in a flexible environment, but also have a strong individual drive to deliver high quality results on time. You have great communication and networking skills and are fluent in written and spoken English.
Travelling based on business needs might be necessary.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) located in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Product Area Manager, Retail Operations Solution & Support, Retail Concept.
