Your responsibilities

• As a Sales Manager at IKEA Rothenburg, you will secure a consistent, seamless positive commercial customer experience through all our sales channels.

• Contribute with your knowledge about our customers and their life at home to create, implement and follow up the local business plan for the market.

• Maximize sales and sustain long-term profitability.

• Co-design, plan, deliver and lead implementation of the commercial action plan for your store.

• Secure competent and high-performing teams and leaders who inspire and empower every co-worker to understand their contribution.

• Motivate and inspire your team to promote our range, services and knowledge of home furniture and to develop the business.

• Be part of the Commercial Team in the market, contributing with your experience and strong knowledge in sales and our sales processes to find the best ways of working.
