My name is Linus Hultqvist, and I am the Workplace Operations Manager at Ingka AB. I am currently looking for a colleague to join our team. We are a team of 3 persons working with telecom solutions within Workplace Services and Operations.
With us, you’ll have the opportunity to work with your passion for service and support alongside fantastic colleagues in a dynamic environment. We support each other as a team and challenge ourselves to grow.

OUR WISHLIST:
Naturally, my colleagues and I have some wishes:
• Education or equivalent working experience in telephony, network, IT toolsets and a good knowledge in Office 365, especially Excel.

• Have a positive attitude to changes, a willingness and curiosity of relevant technical standards, trends, and innovations and by that renew and improve to find the best telecom solutions for the future together in deep collaboration with the product responsible.

• Have an affinity for problem solving.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Since you’ll be working in a team and engaging in ongoing dialogues with both IKEA co-workers and suppliers, we believe you’re skilled at building relationships, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with others. You can prioritize effectively and plan your work. But most importantly, you share the IKEA’s values and show it through your communication and actions in everyday life!

A DAY IN OUR LIFE!
Together with your colleagues, you will provide professional end-user technical support for IKEA co-workers at all Ingka companies in Sweden.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Co-ordinate, execute, support and follow-up different activities and costs within mobile telephony in connection to the needs of the Ingka.

• Administrate subscriptions from start-up until closure and everything in between.

• Be operational responsible for and securing that the technical solutions connected to telephony are working according to IKEA co-workers need and IKEA guidelines.

• Be a specialist in the field of the telephony and keep up with latest trends and technical development.

Within Workplace Operations, we always strive to improve and find smarter ways to carry out our tasks. Therefore, we see that you, enjoy challenges and are driven to identify and implement improvements. A part of your role also involves ensuring that routines and processes are well-documented.

OUR TEAM AT IKEA
Ingka AB is a service company and one of the first companies founded by Ingvar Kamprad. Every day, we deliver services and expertise in HR, Finance, Legal, Workplace and Real Estate to other IKEA companies. This allows them to focus on their core business. Together, we contribute to creating a better everyday life for many people!
Within Workplace Services, approximately 100 employees work on tasks such as restaurant services, reception, office support, transportation, events, archives, and security.
