What you'll be doing day to dayIn the role of Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the Global Digital Experience Design (DXD) for the set Ingka vision and strategies. You will lead a team of approx. 250 co-workers to define, deliver and continuously iterate our unique IKEA digital experiences in collaboration with retail and digital areas and according to the business priorities.
You will define Experience Design best practices and continually benchmark against industry standards to validate and improve deliverables. Additionally, you will implement and drive design and user research approaches into the company to cultivate a deep comprehension of our customers and co-workers.
You will ensure effective ways of working and strong collaborations with a broad number of leaders across the IKEA Group resulting in integrated outcomes. You will infuse the business value of design to measure and report on design-specific outcomes for the full Digital Experience function.
You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing the full team promoting individual growth and mentorship at all levels securing a high-performing team able to deliver IKEA´s unique Digital Experiences and differentiate IKEA in the market.
WHO YOU ARE
You have extensive knowledge in leading and managing all aspects of Digital Experience Design and expertise in facilitating design maturity across the entire business. You are equipped with strategic leadership and can drive human-centered design methods and approaches across the organization while ensuring alignment with business goals.
With your knowledge of our corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, combined with a deep understanding of our business, you drive human-first digital experience design across the entire Ingka business delivering compelling omnichannel experiences to our customers while fostering equality and inclusion.
You are a people-first leader who coaches, inspires, develops and leads leaders and larger teams towards a future vision. Additionally, you build trustful relationships with your strong interpersonal skills and ensure outstanding collaboration with internal stakeholders in a high-level business environment.
You can lead major business transformation efforts by prioritising and making decisions with speed and simplicity joined with excellent written and verbal communication skills for a wide range of levels and audiences.

The role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands OR Malmö, Sweden, and you will report to the Digital Product & Countries Manager.
In this recruitment there is no relocation support provided by IKEA, hence we're looking for people already living in the mentioned locations.
