    • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
    • Contributes to the implementation of global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
    • Secure that excellence in operations and high quality standards of customer experience in the customer and co-worker and optimized levels of commerciality are achieved
    • Ensure the commercial agenda by securing that retail foundations and sales steering tools, food safety is in place
    • Lead and implement the commercial strategy and commercial calendar in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
    • Lead the implementation of the stores IKEA Retail Food communication strategy
    • Develop and improve by seeking and acting upon customer feedback
    • Contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan and other action plans
    • Ensures that the team has the correct competence regarding the IKEA Food range and the IKEA services and can share this with customers in a good way
    • Identify, recruit, introduce, and develop the many talents and to secure succession planning
    • Secure a lean, diverse and high performing team through building IKEA Food and IKEA competence and leadership and empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative
    • Responsible for the implementation of the global and national people and sustainability strategies

    WHO YOU ARE
    • Proven experience in leading a group of people
    • Ability to maintain effective work and leadership behavior in the face of setbacks or pressure
    • Ability to deliver strong business results through people
    • Good knowledge of Food business solutions, compliance standards and Food safety standards
    • Knowledge about Local food legislations, National business direction, Consumer and Market research, Food Trends and Customer buying behaviour
    • Good analytical skills
    • Communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships
    • Planning and organizational skills and ability to identify new business
    • Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines
    • Capable of communicating in English and Italian both in writing and verbally
