Customer Fulfilment (CFF) plays a fundamental role within Retail in achieving the IKEA goal of becoming a multichannel retailer. Customer Fulfilment acts as a fully integrated function, with an end-to-end approach to develop our business having customers’ needs at heart. We are focusing on contributing to a seamless shopping experience for the many people with great quality across all touchpoints.
ABOUT YOU:
• Knowledge of the last mile delivery market in Poland with a preference for pallet deliveries.
• Stakeholder management: knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen.
• Change management and leading in the unknown.
• Market/industry intelligence: Applies market/industry knowledge to achieve organizational goals and objectives; understanding of KPIs used for success measures for own function; understanding of market specifics when making decisions.
• Good business understanding: key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets.
• Financial competence: knowledge about how internal and external financials impact the business of IKEA and an understanding of how to communicate this financial impact to different target groups; applying financial knowledge to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Good knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools, calculation methods and analysis within the function.
• Have strong communication skills (both in Polish and English).
YOU WILL BE:
• Responsible for managing the insourcing project of last mile bulky deliveries.
• Responsible for executing the company’s insourced delivery roadmap with all stakeholders.
• Monitoring global and local trends in last mile bulky deliveries and transportation technologies, with a special focus on the labor market, fleet management, and electromobility.
• Implementing fleet management solutions and monitoring driving efficiency for electric mobility while ensuring competence development.
• Identifying and understanding barriers related to the insourced last mile solution and identifying the business impact.
• Understanding the legal aspects of insourced last mile deliveries and their impact on the business
• Responsible for cost-benefit analysis of investments projects.
• Responsible for leading all involved stakeholders in the country organization towards a successful implementation including working across functions, evaluating the impact of the implementation on the customer experience and existing working methods, compiling the relevant implementation material, aligning the implementation plans and providing follow up and status reports.
• Responsible for communication and change management process around the project.
• Responsible for preforming gap/risk analyses and initiate the necessary risk mitigation activities in preparation for implementation.
• Contribute with both knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and multichannel development, related business - and process forums, sourcing activities as well as to all matrices, global and market initiatives and competence networks.
In this role you will report to the Service Fulfilment Manager.
