    Additional information:
    • This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight
    • The internal job title for this role is People and Culture Administrator

    • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

    As the People & Culture Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Ensuring all People and Culture administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant.
    • Supporting the People and Culture team with the recruitment and on-boarding of new co-workers.
    • Supporting the People and Culture team to ensure all administration tasks connected to employment law are completed in a timely manner.
    • Providing support for first level HR enquiries including policies and procedures, enterprise agreement, leave entitlements, etc.
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient uniform management system.
    • Supporting the People & Culture Generalist with data reporting and other tasks where required.
    • Other Ad hoc administrative tasks related to creating a great and efficient co-worker experience.



    As the People & Culture Administrator you are passionate about people and unlocking their potential to contribute to business results.
    • Dedicated to contributing to a meaningful co-worker experience and enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multidimensional environment with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently to all levels of the business, both verbally and in writing.
    • Completely committed to confidentiality and at the same time have immaculate attention to detail and good analytical and numerical skills.
    • An active listener with a keen eye for detail will set you up for success in this role.
