    Additional Information:
    • These roles are Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight

    • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
    About this work area
    As Customer Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Assisting customers with loading items into their vehicles
    • Collecting trolleys from around the IKEA store and carpark to ensure we always have them available to use
    • Supporting other areas of Customer Relations including resolving customer service issues, processing transactions, maintaining shopping tools (shopping baskets, trolleys, and yellow bags) and catalogues.
    • Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience.

    As Customer Co-worker you are/have:
    • A passion for securing the best customer experience possible.
    • Comfortable performing repetitive and heavy lifting tasks
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • A polite and friendly manner and a ‘Togetherness’ mindset.
    • Able to work closely with your team and other departments or work independently.
    • Basic computer and systems literacy.
