HOURS – From 38 to 40 hours per week (HL4)
SHIFT – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Operations generally range between the window of 8am to 11pm; Minimum one weekend off per month; Work schedules are published minimum of 3 weeks in advance
PAY – The starting rates/salary for this position range from $19.19 to $22.07 and will be based on equivalent work experience

What you'll be doing day to day
• Resolving customer issues with urgency while balancing the needs of the customer and the IKEA Store
• Identifying and reporting quality issues based on data gathered in returns.
• Investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and working with Independent Service Providers (ISPs) daily to resolve customer complaints.
• Using your product and solution expertise to enhance your customers’ experiences.
Uses knowledge of both the product and how the IKEA organization works to offer solutions so that customers leave the store with a positive impression.
• Partnering with Kitchen Installation Specialists to solve all escalated kitchen and bath issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service experience.
