The Recruitment & Sourcing Engineering Team is looking for a new team member to support with running and enhancing solutions within the Talent Domain. We are looking for someone with the ability to combine business and IT knowledge and drive requirements from start to finish. A problem solving, self-starter who can communicate with several stakeholders and perform multi-tasking. Most of our solutions are SAAS solutions, so experience from configuring solutions and is key.

What you'll be doing day to day

Scope of work:

• Being accountable for delivering quality solutions quickly, reliably, and safely to production. 
• Analyse, Communicate, Coordinate, and Implement stakeholder needs primarily on Avature and on other SaaS solutions
• Manage expectations among stakeholders by leading communication and understanding of business requirements
• Secure that the solution design fulfills business requirements by providing support, quality assurance and recommendation
• Close alignment with SaaS vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of stakeholders needs/requirements
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and provide inputs to improve the deliverables and end-user experience
• Providing support and guidance as needed to other developers within the development team, encouraging good practices, as well as creating an environment based on collaboration and trust
• Providing Support to users in actively resolving business Issues

Skills Needed: 

• To be successful in this role good knowledge of HR solutions – Recruitment, Onboarding, referrals etc is needed
• In addition, the candidate must have around 3-5 years of experience working with Avature Applicant Tracking System and a demonstrable experience configuring different Avature modules – Recruitment, Referrals, Pre-Boarding, Agency
• Strong knowledge about out of the box integrations with Avature and experience working with custom integrations. General awareness of Integration concepts would be good to have
• Curious nature and ability to actively acquire new knowledge, skills, champion new methods, digital systems, and processes to improve performance.
• Exposure to any transformation program and Google Cloud platform would be an added advantage
• Experience in working in an Agile and DevOps environment and taking full accountability for the products and the customer experience
• Experience working in distributed team environment is extremely desirable
