    • As a leader, you will guide, organize, and support the employees of the online sales department. Your key responsibility will be to ensure that all online orders are processed, packed, and prepared for delivery efficiently, accurately, and on time. You will lead by example, drive operational excellence, and proactively seek new and more effective ways of working.

    You are not afraid to initiate and drive change to improve processes and efficiency.
    You have strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
    You are good in Excel.
    You speak English at an B2 level (both written and spoken)
    You are an effective communicator and team player

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Assign tasks to team members based on their strengths, skills, and experience.
    Organize work schedules and develop efficient shift planning strategies.
    Lead and participate in cross-departmental meetings.
    Plan, oversee, and optimize the workflow of online orders.
    Allocate and manage resources (human, financial, material) to maximize productivity.
    Create and implement action plans to improve efficiency and performance.
    Take an active role in daily operations, ensuring smooth and seamless execution.
    Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
