Who you areAs a Food Commercial Leader, you will drive IKEA’s vision to deliver a unique, inspiring, and multi-channel customer experience through our food offerings. Your role will focus on optimizing food sales, margins, and customer satisfaction while fostering food commercial excellence across IKEA’s units. You will lead efforts in developing innovative food experiences, monitoring market trends, and ensuring competitive food pricing, all while supporting our commitment to sustainability.
Your responsibilities
Drive food commercial excellence through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing and forecast sales.
Integrate food activities into commercial and activity calendars to maximize impact.
Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities by monitoring competitors and market trends.
Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience, food innovation, and sustainability in food sourcing and production.
