• Understanding in change management principles, methodology and best practices
• Excellent communication skills to convey reasons for change and lead and influence stakeholders
• Able to facilitate, coach, provide feedback to create trustful relationships e.g. active listening to understand concerns
• Experienced people leader to lead leaders/colleagues in uncertainty and complex change topics
• Ability to handle multiple topics and details with changing priorities/deadlines
• Ability to lead and work in the “unknown” and deal with uncertainty during certain phases of transformation
• Change management experience in project and implementations
• Strong knowledge in change management methodology and tools
• Solid organisational skills including attention to details
• Strong knowledge understanding the local country organisation, its stakeholders and Ingka retail business
Your responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact in the receiving country organisation for change management requirements for Business Operations transformation (BOT)
• Identify and analyze local change impacts based on change impacts identified by the project
• Ensure that effective readiness and change plans are created and executed (Communication and Engagement plan)
• Establish and lead the country change network to support with the change implementation and adoption
• Ensure applicable education/trainings are planned and assigned for relevant co-workers
• Support the country implementation team in progressing through the BOT journey
• Support country leaders in understanding and accepting changes and impacts (incl. organisational)
• Support alignment between BOT cluster team, GBO and the country
• Plan and execute the applicable deliverables/work packages in cooperation with the country implementation team
• Record and manage risks and issues related to transition and change, define mitigations and drive necessary corrective actions
