Job description

To ensure the supply chain processes starting point from supplier until the point of sales and ensure clear operation procedures and implement the routines & processes to secure food forecast and profit and other KPIs, based on clear and simplified tasks and actions.  Support the management funtions of the IKEA Food business in and not the least in the following  areas, such as production, the IKEA Sweden Restaurant, the Co-worker restaurant, the Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro and the IKEA Café.

 

Key assignments :

  • Recheck and confirm the forecast and make analysis to secure the optimal supply and delivery plan with maximum stock and minimum waste. 
  • Select and /or contact selected suppliers to get offers/ prices and make agreements in cooperation's with Finance and SO.
  •  Contact with supplier and make visits to complete the I way & I must requirements
  • Ensure the process and confirm the local orders
  • Clarify and defined the requirement on quality and quantity..
  • Supports in implementing range changes in a simple and cost-conscious way.
  •  Ensure the receiving process. Ensure that supplier are compliant and resolve issues of non compliance.
  • Ensure and implement the process with clear tasks to Food leaders Ensure close cooperation with CCC department.
  •  Ensure the inventory process and secure figures and results.
  •  Preform inventory analysis and create action plan. Each inventory should have a clear result, conclusions and action plan. Secure follow-up on action plans.
  • Ensure that all products and offers a calculated correctly. Pricing is accurate and up to date.
  •  Ensure process and analyses and suggest improvements. approve products and offers.
  •  Register inventory data to be shared and analysed with food leaders.Report the result accordingly. Ensure that all food waste is registered on a daily basis. Proactive approach is required to avoid end date sale waste.

Qualification
  • Post Graduate or Degree or three years Diploma in hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Integrity and the ability to establish strong work relationships
  • Good analytical skills and cost consciousness
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent command of English
  • Conflict and crisis management
