    1.具备深圳本地多年购物中心运营及推广经验，熟悉租户门店与购物中心的合作模式，能够结合宜家门店特性，快速搭建高效合作机制，同时具有线下活动策划及执行经验。
    2.熟悉深圳各区及东莞惠州等市场，精准把握区域消费人群特点，可针对性制定小店运营及推广策略，促进到店访客转化。
    3.逻辑思维清晰，沟通表达能力突出，擅长灵活解决突发问题，具备优秀的外部合作资源对接能力，以及内部跨部门沟通协调与组织推进能力。

    你与我们相处的一天

    1.统筹在母店基础之上的各小店在所在区域的本地市场计划，提升到店访客转化；
    2.负责与小店所在的购物中心日常合作和重要节点的关键合作，包括宣传推广和活动策划执行；
    3.统筹未来小店的前期开业推广计划
