We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with fabrics and textile products, covering development, production and materials. You have most likely worked in the textile industry, in a business development unit or closely with textile production. You bring knowledge of textile products, together with an understanding of what matters to our customers.

As a Design Engineer, you bring:

A university degree in Textile Engineering or equivalent, and experience in product development for textile furniture or other consumer products.
Good knowledge of textile production and materials, including cotton, man-made cellulose and other natural fibres.
Experience in documenting textile products in Windchill or similar systems, and working with textile CAD tools such as Arahne, NedGraphics or Shima Seiki.
Curiosity, a passion for solving big challenges, and the courage to explore new solutions and navigate the unknown, with a strong motivation to find and create the best technical solutions for our customers.
The ability to take initiative and responsibility, collaborate in a team and deliver according to agreed goals and deadlines.
The ability to turn complex topics into clear, structured communication and actionable outputs that support decision-making, along with fluency in written and spoken English.
