The internship will commence in September – October with a minimum of 12 weeks.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Fulfilment Sourcing team.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of procurement and logistics. Under the guidance of our seasoned professionals, you will have the chance to contribute to optimisation projects and negotiations aimed at improving our logistics services cost picture and operational setup.

You:
• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Law,
Economics, Logistics, Procurement or a related field
• Are interested in learning about negotiation tactics and the last mile services
industry
• Are at ease to connect and communicate with many different stakeholders
• Have a commercial mindset and behaviour
• Like using your analytical and problem-solving skills
• Love teamwork
• Possess the right computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Are able to prioritise goals and tasks
• You master a professional level of English. Speaking French and/or Dutch is a
plus

What you'll be doing day to day

You will:

• Assist in the preparatory work linked to tendering and negotiation
• Perform market research to build an understanding of the services industry
and its players
• Be responsible for contract management, supplier registration and
administration in our SAP tool
• Be part of external supplier discussions
• Help evaluate and decide on chosen partnerships
