    Are you passionate about workplace wellbeing and ergonomics? Join us as a Health and Wellbeing Intern and help us create a safer, healthier, and more engaging work environment for all IKEA co-workers.
    Please note that this is a non-paid academic internship for students looking to complete the Program requirements.
    The internship will commence in January or February with a minimum of 12 weeks.

    As a Health and Wellbeing Intern you:
    - Strongly interested in workplace wellbeing and especially ergonomics
    - Analytical mindset with the ability to review both policy and as well as practice
    - Find ways to communicating the importance of ergonomics in interactive and practical ways
    - Curious to improve existing processes and integrate them efficiently
    - Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
    - Can work autonomously but also in team
    - Have a proactive attitude in problem solving and hands-on approach
    - Willing to travel across Belgium between our different units (stores, call center, distribution center) if needed.

    A day in your life with us

    You will:
    - Review and analyze our current ergonomics policies and practices
    - Literature review on best practices on ergonomics
    - Provide recommendations to refine our ergonomics policies based on analysis and review
    - Develop engaging ways to highlight the importance of ergonomics across office, retail, and logistics environments
    - Support the implementation of our wellbeing calendar, including organizing events such as the 20K Brussels run
    - Assist in communication and coordination with different units to ensure successful implementation of wellbeing initiatives
