WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

Strong self-motivation on learning/sharing/self-development to navigate with unknown and take challenges.
Strong self-driven ability and stress resistance to catch up for goals and targets.
Clearly logical thinking ability and sensitive on figures.
Good communication skills and willing to engage/enable/energize the multifunction team and execute tasks with perfection.
Executive capability and good at bring the ideas implemented into actions.
Clearly career plan or what is needed in mind, knowledge for how to get there and trust in process.
Experience of working in a customer- and commercial-oriented business is preferred.
Second-level certificate for National computer or above.
Good oral and written English communication skills. (CET4 at least, CET6 or TEM4/6/8 is preferred).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively approach customers and identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their expectations.
Understand how to use the different IKEA sales and communication channels and know-how for the different customers you meet.
Keep sales area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked, to give customers a positive shopping experience.
Understand the store and department action plans. You take responsibility for your department goals and know how you contribute.
