The Position:
Reporting to the Group SAP Support Supervisor, you will be responsible and accountable for:
- Providing SAP ERP support for the legal entities in the operating countries
- Providing effective end-users support
- Proposing & implementing SAP ERP Optimizations for improving organization‘s effectiveness and productivity, Test deliverables and Roll-out the final solutions to end users
- Providing internal training, IT manuals & user guides
- Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of the interfaces between Front-Office Systems and SAP
Qualification
Qualifications & Competencies required:
- At least 2 years of working experience in SAP ERP Support.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP MM/SD Modules
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related area
- Good command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong Customer Focus and Achievement drive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to support users in the region effectively
- Ability to prioritize work and plan effectively
- Analytical way of thinking and understanding of business operations
- Ability to always be compliant with organization’s & IT procedures
- Teamwork
Qualifications considered as an asset:
- Experience on SAP ERP implementation and support (preferably in the retail sector)
- Previous participation in multinational projects
- Basic Knowledge of SAP FI Module, SAP XI/PI & Microsoft SQL.
