The Position:

Reporting to the Group SAP Support Supervisor, you will be responsible and accountable for:

• Providing SAP ERP support for the legal entities in the operating countries
• Providing effective end-users support
• Proposing & implementing SAP ERP Optimizations for improving organization‘s effectiveness and productivity, Test deliverables and Roll-out the final solutions to end users
• Providing internal training, IT manuals & user guides
• Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of the interfaces between Front-Office Systems and SAP

Qualifications & Competencies required:

• At least 2 years of working experience in SAP ERP Support.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP MM/SD Modules
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related area
• Good command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong Customer Focus and Achievement drive
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to support users in the region effectively
• Ability to prioritize work and plan effectively
• Analytical way of thinking and understanding of business operations
• Ability to always be compliant with organization’s & IT procedures
• Teamwork

Qualifications considered as an asset:

• Experience on SAP ERP implementation and support (preferably in the retail sector)
• Previous participation in multinational projects
• Basic Knowledge of SAP FI Module, SAP XI/PI & Microsoft SQL.
