Job description
- Based on global framework, continue assess, adjust and implement the processes and make sure the digital tools are translated and applicable. Secure ways of working, using agreed data definitions, reports, external partner management, KPI: s and follow up
- Continuously assess, implement and use update standards, guidelines and policies within the specialist area, with the ambition to be as aligned as possible, however always in compliance with country specific laws and regulations
- Work proactively to constantly raise the competence level in the organization (through training, guidelines, articles, instructions, FAQ:s etc.)
- Join or lead networks or reference groups within the specialist area
- Work proactively to constantly increase total efficiency, effectiveness within the specialist area
- Bring in insights and share information and inspiration about new development within the specialist area
Qualification
- Specialist or expert level of knowledge within in the specialist area, including related HR processes and tools
- Good knowledge/understanding of other closely related areas
- Good knowledge of local employment legislations, co-worker relations
- Good understanding of IKEA People strategy
- Good understanding of IKEA strategic landscape, IKEA Business model and year cycle
- Good understanding of IKEA Brand and of Culture & Values
- Fluent in English and local language
- Motivated to support, develop and implement improvements in the specialist areas
- Motivated to work with people and competence and a strong belief in people’s potential
- Motivated to find common interests and synergies, building trust and partnership to reach common goals
- Motivated to understand the IKEA business model
- Motivated to share the IKEA Culture & Values
- Interest in working in a multi-cultural, diverse environment
- Ability to support relevant specialist areas with the business and people strategies in mind
- Ability to build trust and relationships
