  • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    To execute high quality and relevant content on IKEA digital channels in order to strengthen the IKEA brand, as well as increasing online visits, engagement and conversions.

    • Broad knowledge of Marketing Communication in Retail
    • Broad knowledge of the Marketing creative & production process
    • Broad knowledge of Life at Home and Home Furnishing
    • Deep knowledge concerning the relation between content writing
    • Deep knowledge of dynamic content creation
    • Good knowledge of evaluating creative communication
    • Broad knowledge of marketing technology
    • Broad knowledge of media channels
    • Broad knowledge of content planning, performance tracking, and community motivation techniques.
    • Good knowledge of the IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviours

    • Ability to understand the role of Commercial as an integrated part of the IKEA business
    • Strong creative writing and editing skills
    • Strong digital content creation skills
    • Ability to deliver within scope of tasks and perform with quality and speed
    • Ability to follow up on work done and capture learnings to improve

    Formal qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or community engagement, preferably with a focus on RED
    • Proven ability to execute large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage content localization process: adjust global material for local adaptation in order to secure local relevance
    • Continuously optimize the content, contribute to the development with insights, recommendations and solutions in the area of content
    • Based on commercial and identified additional local needs, create new content when necessary and lead content adaptation
    • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA

    KOS (Key Opinion of Staff) Specific:
    • Implement the KOS content plan in line with the commercial calendar and marketing priorities, ensuring message consistency and brand alignment.
    • Support content template co-creation with markets and share best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
    • Execute national co-workers engagement activities including motivation, reward and recognition programs.
    • Organize online/offline events to strengthen the KOS community and drive participation.
    • Partner with P&C to align KOS activities with internal communications and employer branding.
    • Support pilots and activations linking KOS content with business goals (traffic driving, lead generation).
    • Track performance and share insights for continuous improvement.
    • Monitor key KPIs (active accounts, post volume, engagement, CPE) and report regularly.
    • Support POE integration to amplify KOS impact.
