    To execute marketing communication activities, adapting global content locally and ensuring consistency in messaging, tone and brand identity.
    • Broad knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision
    • Broad knowledge of IKEA tools, processes and cycles
    • Broad knowledge of Digital Marketing including 1:1 marketing
    • Deep knowledge of Marketing Communication strategy in Retail
    • Deep knowledge of the Marketing creative and content production process (on and offline)
    • Broad knowledge of Marketing Technology
    • Deep knowledge of Ecommerce
    • Broad knowledge of media strategy in omnichannel environment
    • Broad knowledge of Life at Home and Home Furnishing
    • Broad knowledge of Group strategies, priorities and business planning process
    • Good knowledge of change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management
    • Broad knowledge of the IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviors

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Contribute to Customer & content management (CCM2.0)planning, creating, and coordinating the brand and commercial communication content part
    • Ensure that contents are supporting CCM 2.0 exploration for use case and future rollout
    • Contribute to achieving the sales goal for digital channels such as Tmall
    • Contribute to the penetration in white areas with digital content strategy
    • Secure the red thread of all marketing communication consistently across channels in the local market
    • Contribute to the integrated process for marketing communication development by proactively working with Communications team and Digital team, to secure one voice in the market, and maximize the business and consumer impact in CCM programme and commercial launch campaigns
    • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial, marketing team and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact
    • Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the function in order to contribute to the business goals
    • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
    • Support all initiatives within and outside commercial included in the agreed communication plan (e.g. promote home solar)
