    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    1.目前在读管理学、经济学、统计学或相关专业，本科或硕士学位者优先。兼职实习生需承诺每周至少工作3天。实习期超过4个月；
    2.学习能力强，上进肯学，执行力高，对商业分析、行业研究、咨询类工作有浓厚兴趣，能适应一定工作强度；
    3.熟悉SQL进行数据处理和分析，统计学基础扎实；
    4.擅长信息搜集与分析，英语读写能力优秀；
    Good To Have :
    -有咨询、行研、投行或互联网公司战略 / 商业分析相关实习经验
    -熟悉行业研究或商业分析常见框架

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    1.深入拆解业务问题，构建体系化的分析思路，产出专题分析报告，为运营决策、产品优化提供策略和建议
    2.参与公司内部项目，支持业务与战略相关分析，收集、整理和分析数据，使用 SQL 进行基础数据查询
    3.开展行业扫描、内容与应用趋势研究、重点公司分析，撰写分析报告、研究简报及项目支持材料
