Your responsibilities
In this position, you will report to the Accounting and Reporting Manager and manage all direct and indirect tax matters for the Ingka Group in the country to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Your reporting unit and place of employment is Ingka Centres France based in Plaisir (78).
Your main tasks :
• Lead the development of the team based on the global finance, organisational and people development direction to secure the right competences, performance and succession.
• Lead close cooperation with Business Navigation to create insight in costs and
performance and support business steering based on standard global frameworks (e.g. accounting, reporting, internal control).
• Lead and supervise local and/or centralised Accounting & Reporting Operations to ensure relevant, complete, accurate and timely closings and Financial and Management reporting, based on standard global frameworks and local legal and tax requirements.
• Constant cooperation with the Centre Managers, Lease Managers and tenants
• Accountable for variance analysis, reviewing and challenging reported actuals and
forecasts and first level of commentary.
• Accountable for cooperation with Group Financial Controlling (matrix), Group Tax and Country organisation to minimise deviations from standard global frameworks for local business needs and compliance reasons and secures effective ways of working. Contributes to global projects and local execution (as part of these projects) to simplifying, harmonising and automating financial operations and reporting

• Contribute ideas and insight to the business planning process from country, company, department, matrix perspective and use as a basis for the team action plan.
• Secure effective governance and supervise solid support for country management with insight in financial performance & position, liquidity, investment decisions and financial planning.
• Accountable for effective implementation of the internal control framework in the country financial operations and report on country and global level on effectiveness.
• Manage the relationship with the external auditor and enable an efficient and effective external audit process; manage the relationship with tax authorities in the country and manage tax audits in cooperation with Group Tax
• Secure close cooperation with Legal and Tax teams to ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements and enable an efficient and effective external audit process.
