What you'll need to have

• You have a minimum of 3 years of Project Administration experience or equivalent
• You have experience with Basware, MS Office, MS Project and Accounting/costing software (and are generally quite technology-savvy)
• You have excellent Excel skills and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
• You have an amazing attention for detail and can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities while keeping a smile on your face
• You always operate with a high level of professional and moral integrity, as you may be involved with confidential or sensitive matters
• Your past coworkers refer to you as the ‘glue’ of the team because you keep everyone and everything together, on time, and moving forward!
• You are technology savvy and an analytical thinker who is able to communicate figures and findings in a simple, understandable and inspiring way
• You have an eye for the detail and a solid understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and the need for accuracy to achieve organizational goals

What you'll be doing day to day

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks, and present them in an understandable and actionable manner at a country level
• Maintain invoice handling and purchasing process
• Contribute to cost follow ups, budget and forecasts
• Support with activity planning (e.g. in roll-out projects), report on progress, analyze data and documentation.
• Improve administrative processes where needed
• Responsible for asset and access management
• Involved in the coordination of rebuildings
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders where needed
• Actively contribute to Our sustainability commitment
• Ensure alignment with the Unit and Country Business objectives
• Assist and support with other duties as required

The starting annual salary for this position is $ 50,000 and will be based on relevant work experience.
