WORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDS
Our co-workers bring unique ideas and talent to work every day and we offer a variety of benefits that suit their and their family's everyday needs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Here at IKEA - we believe everything should have a second chance in life, especially our products! In this role, you will help to repackage damaged goods so that we can give them a new lease of life. You will also work on rebuilding furniture to sell in our "Circular Hub" area to help us to reduce waste and offer even more affordable products to our customers.

We are looking for someone with a 'can do attitude', who can multi-task, be cost conscious and have a passion for being a part of something bigger. This role is physically demanding & involves (safe!) heavy lifting.

Due to health and safety you must be over 18 for this role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Your daily tasks include the responsibility to decide and act on how to handle products that have been returned by our customers, that have been damaged in the store or that are not possible to offer to our customers.

Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly.

Always champion the sustainability impact when deciding to recover products.

You will contribute to improving our customers shopping experience, by minimizing all internal damages & unnecessary costs related to our products and improving their quality.

WE CARE FOR THE PEOPLE
It takes the diversity of thought, background, and culture to make great ideas a reality. We welcome candidates from all walks of life to join us, where we feel valued for our uniqueness and recognized for our diverse talents.
