Develop and deliver the technology roadmap for Marketing Technology. This includes a vast array of technologies designed to help marketers understand their audience, target their marketing more accurately and automate repetitive tasks. Email marketing, social media tools to manage and analyze social media activity and advertisement technologies to optimize advertising campaigns across various channels are part of this.

- Maintain a balance between the delivery of a core technology agenda and driving the functional change to support the businesses growth ambitions.
- Accountable for all parts of the technology development lifecycle in your area; from design & strategy to support & operation.
- Take shared ownership for the business outcome (jointly with peer in product) and act as single point of contact for all technology aspects.
- Lead and motivate a large team of engineers, through technical direction and people skills, including both internal and external (contractors and 3rd party vendors) colleagues.
- Act as a role model to attract new talent as well as supporting the continual development of the team.
- Act as a senior member of the broader technology organisation, expected to represent technology both internally within IKEA and external in the market.
- Continually review and analyse business trends, technologies and opportunities with the objective of continually improving the areas capability.
- Drive the adoption of Inner Source and Community of Practice within Ingka Group.
