As our DevOps Leader,  you'll be leading the charge for modern development and supporting rapid releases. You have a software engineer background, that has experience from various parts of a larger system.

You have been part of a self-organized team with passion to take full responsibility of developing and operating the team’s deliveries throughout the products’ entire life cycle including monitoring, improvements and changes.

As a DevOps Leader, you will be leading a Tools Team with responsibility to

  • develop and operate internal tools for FOTA (Firmware Over The Air) upgrades as well as firmware signing for gateways and IoT devices
  • monitor and facilitate monitoring possibilities for other teams in the department
  • take responsibility for common development platform for the teams in the department
  • take lead in driving needs of diagnostics data from our systems and other future tools that we will have a need for
  • As a DevOps Leader an important task is also to spread the mindset of a DevOps to the others. You will also work across the departments with other DevOps leaders.

Qualification

For the job as a DevOps leader, you have:

  • Extensive experience in the Software Engineering field, and understanding of the principles regarding end-to-end software architecture, release management and CI/CD.
  • Extensive experience in GitHub/GitHub Actions and/or Git/Gerrit/Jenkins
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS
  • Experience in stakeholder management and good knowledge of cloud architecture and eco-systems.
  • Ability to coach and support all our development teams within different parts of our system with best practices regarding DevOps Experience in leading and coaching development teams.
  • Experience in release management and automation.
  • Experience in PKI solutions and certificate management is a plus
