As a driver for our Customer Distribution Center, you will be the last IKEA meeting point for our customers. Your background can be diverse, but it is an advantage if you have previous experience from logistics.

In addition, we expect you to:

• Communicate in both Danish and English
• Be in good physical shape and can handle heavy goods
• Be motivated by prioritizing and organizing own tasks in order to work efficiently
• Have good understanding of IT and flair for learning new systems
• Have a driving license and preferably experience with driving van/truck

A day in your life with us

Your primary task is to pack the van and deliver customer orders to either private homes or "pick-up points". You are responsible for ensuring that the order reaches the customer in perfect condition and within the agreed time frame, as well as providing a good service to our customers upon delivery. You primarily work independently, but in close dialogue with the coordinator.
In addition, your tasks will be:

• Coordination of home transport orders in dialogue with the warehouse
• Registration of deliveries in our internal IT system
• Handling of issues and customer inquiries in connection with delivery in close cooperation with the customer support
• Responsible for reviewing the van before departure

Further information

• The position is 15-20 hours per week on average (approximately 3-4 shifts per week)
• Exact number of contract hours will be agreed upon hiring
• Your working hours are placed according to the needs of the operation with primarily evening shifts kl 14:30-20:00, including break, and you must expect to work every second Saturday. It is possible for you to have input to the work schedule
• Salary according to 3F's warehouse agreement, including pension and discretionary scheme as well as overtime pay

• Desired start-up August 15th 2024 or by agreement
