    '- A passion for interior design and smart home solutions.
    - A customer-focused approach, with empathy and enthusiasm.
    - Comfort using digital tools (IKEA Home Planner - training provided on our planning software).
    - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    - A natural curiosity for IKEA products and their impact on everyday life.
    - At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume sales or customer service environment is an asset.

    A day in your life with us

    '- Welcome and guide customers through their in-store planning journey, delivering a personalized and inspiring experience.
    - Use IKEA’s planning tools to design customized, modular, and optimized kitchens.
    - Understand customer needs and provide practical solutions that fit their space, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
    - Present kitchen plans clearly, professionally, and in an engaging way.
    - Collaborate with sales, logistics, and installation teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
    - Follow up on projects from design to installation, maintaining proactive communication with customers.
