You have completed relevant studies in Finance / Accounting / Economics and possess minimum 3 years of work experience in Accounting and/or Auditing as well as experience of Financial Statements preparation according to Finnish GAAP.

Your responsibilities

In this challenging and interesting position you will contribute to the accurate and timely execution, preparation and submission of all financial reporting in compliance with Ingka Group frameworks and local General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other (local) applicable regulations/requirements.

As one of the Accounting & Reporting Specialists you will maintain and secure the right level of quality of accounting and reporting as a base for business steering and compliance.

Accounting & Reporting Specialist is responsible for various types of reconciliations and for securing effective internal controls. The role includes reviewing, preparing and posting all types of transactions. Responsibilities also include preparations of Financial Statements and tax calculations. You will need to ensure that all relevant data is processed accurately and timely, aligned with approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and in compliance with Ingka Group frameworks and local GAAP.


Other responsibilities:

✔ Contribute to working with Group and Country organisation to minimise deviations from standard global frameworks for local business needs and compliance reasons and secure effective ways of working.
✔ Participate in global projects and support local execution (as part of these projects) to simplify, harmonise and automate financial operations and reporting.
✔ Carry out internal and external audit related work, yearly filings, and other compliance activities.
✔ Support and maintain a connection with and between core areas, business owners, group functions, process teams within the Ingka Group.
