We are looking for a new Communication Partner to support the Category Area Logistics Services function, responsible for the sourcing of our logistics services within IKEA.

Job description
We are looking for you who are an inspiring self-starter with a curious mind and a can-do attitude, and you understand the strength of communication as an enabler to deliver even better business results.
This role is a 1-year assignment where you will be a member of the Category Area management team and work closely with the business teams, while reporting to the Communication Manager. As a Communication Partner you will be responsible for leading and creating various communication projects, securing the communication process by defining, planning, executing and following up. In addition, you will support the business team with the process development agenda as part of the transformation journey IKEA is on.
Your main tasks will be:
• In close cooperation with the Communication Manager and the communication team, responsible to deliver clear and creative communication content and deliver to set goals and strategic framework
• Be a strategic and tactical communication partner to Category Area Logistics Services function, helping them to lead, plan and secure that communication projects are carried out according to agreed working processes & time plans, delivering to agreed communication goals
• Develop communication material in close collaboration with the business teams and Communication Manager/team
Qualification
You are down-to-earth, straightforward, and curious. You know how to translate business strategies, needs and insights into actionable communication projects. You have experience of leading and delivering impactful communication projects that contributes to better business results, and you strive to work in a business environment.
You have a relevant degree and ideally +5 years of experience of communication, marketing or equivalent and of course, you identify yourself with the IKEA values.

- Can handle multiple topics and changing priorities
- Are a skilled writer and fluent in English
