What you'll be doing day to day

As a Digitial Ethics Specialist focused on AI Education and Literacy, you will lead the charge in developing and delivering AI-focused training programs across the entire organization. Your mission is to democratize AI literacy, ensuring that all employees, both technical and non-technical, are empowered and equipped with the knowledge and tools to engage with AI ethically and responsibly. You will steer the AI learning strategy and guide the direction of future-focused upskilling throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive AI training programs that enhance AI literacy and
responsible AI practices among co-workers.
• Work closely with technical teams to upskill them in responsible AI practices and ensure
ethical AI development.
• Translate complex AI concepts into accessible, actionable insights for non-technical
stakeholders.
• Create engaging content and workshops to raise awareness about AI and its ethical
implications.
• Serve as an ambassador for Responsible AI, promoting a culture of continuous learning
and ethical AI use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI literacy into existing training and
development initiatives.
• Lead initiatives that align with our company’s commitment to sustainability, responsibility,
and inclusivity through AI education.

Who we are looking for

Ideally, you hold a Master's Degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence or a related field and are in love with the idea of applying your skills to advance Ingka as a company that is deeply human-centric and responsible.

You ideally have:
• A Master’s Degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing AI educational content and training
programs.
• Excellent communication skills and can translate AI jargon into easy-to-
understand strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing and assessing frameworks for the ethical implications of
AI.
• Good grasp of deep learning techniques and their foundation.
• Good knowledge of relevant programming languages (ideally Python), including
an understanding of concepts from functional and/or object-oriented coding
paradigms, and a good grasp of large data manipulation with SQL.
• Good knowledge of IKEA's corporate identity, core values and vision of creating
a better everyday life for the many people.
