We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst who will play an important part to develop and lead a healthy business for IMC and secure that we optimize the communication we deliver based on understanding the consumer needs and the omnichannel landscape. As we are taking the next gear in building our UX research, Data analytics and SEO capabilities, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to secure that we utilize data and insights to operate in a profitable and sustainable way in the IKEA eco system. As a Business Performance Analyst, you will support business performance by delivering relevant, accurate and fact-based data analytics at the right time, based on business needs. You are the business analytics expert that can convert complex and large data sets into facts that in turn deliver actionable insights and receiver-friendly performance reports.
You will provide relevant, user-friendly business information in the organization to allow for analysis and understanding of performance and for making optimal decisions. Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and present them in an understandable and actionable manner.
Furthermore, we want you to have:
Proven analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate data, insights and figures in an understandable and inspiring way
Ability to take in added information, compile, organize, analyze, and make relevant conclusions from substantial amounts of data
Ability to analyze, draw conclusions and act on them with a holistic business understanding
In-depth knowledge of IKEA business tools, processes, and cycles
Knowledge of the retail industry, omnichannel retailing, emerging practices and technologies and consumer behaviors
Good understanding of IKEA’s strategic landscape and business direction
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
Eye for detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written English language skill
