Who you areWe are looking for a team leader who can manage the daily operations of our online picking orders in IKEA Aarhus. Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading a team that picks and packs orders to be sent out to our customers. This must be done through competent leadership, where you, together with your team, ensure a well-functioning picking process for the benefit of many people. We pick goods all day in the warehouse alongside visiting customers, so there will also be some customer contact.
You will lead the Fulfilment Operations Co-workers in the assigned area of responsibility to secure the highest goods availability, operational readiness, always at the lowest cost. You will take the direct lead with identifying, recruiting, retaining and developing the many talents in the Fulfilment Operations team, to secure a diverse, high performing team than can execute its assigned responsibilities with confidence and secure the future succession. You will secure effective, qualitative and efficient daily Fulfilment Operation, by contributing to goal achievement, people, shift and equipment planning, create co-worker's quality awareness to prevent and reduce damages, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal needs.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
• Daily and weekly resource and equipment planning
• Onboarding and securing leadership on the floor
• Lead and steer the continuous update of the Unit internal service agreement
• Facilitating operational trainings
• Performance evaluation and development of Fulfilment Operations Co-workers.

You will be the leader of an experienced and diverse team of 30 co-workers that ensures orders are picked for customers every day and you will be part of a leader team with high ambitions and commitment to deliver the best customer experience.

•The position is an average of 37 hours per week on an individual contract. Overtime is reflected in the salary
• Salary within IKEA's salary policy
• Working hours are between 07:00-21:00 Monday to Sunday
• Weekend work every 3rd weekend
• You will be part of a shift rotation with both staffing and responsibility hours. Additionally, you will have influence over your own working hours in accordance with the business
