• Good computer literacy.
• You have previous experiences and skills in following areas:
• Preferred to have experience from retail, preferably home furnishing or food sector.
• Preferred to have minimum 1~2 years of experience in leading a team of 10 members.
• Preferred to have nutritionist and cook License.

Your responsibilities

• Contributes to the implementation the global and national compliance standards in the area of responsibility to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
• Ensure that every customer has a consistently excellent shopping experience by supporting, challenging and coaching co-workers to see through a customer’s eyes.
• Ensure the appropriate processes followed and actions are taken on a daily basis to secure food safety, standards and reduce waste.
• Implement the retail foundation and sales steering tools are in place to optimize commerciality and secure excellence in operations.
• Contribute to the implementation of the unit IKEA Retail Food commercial plan and communication strategy.
• Act upon customer feedback, recognizing good customer service and taking appropriate action to avoid repeated problems.
• Highlight points for improvement in shape as new for the customer facing areas taking appropriate action where relevant.
• Contributes to the implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan and other action plans.
• Build the competence of the team through regular coaching, support and encouragement.
• Contribute to identifying, recruiting, introduce and developing the many talents in the department.
• Implement of the global and national people and sustainability strategies.
